Forest Hills

Nestled along the southwest border of Davidson County, the upscale, rolling green suburb of Forest Hills is strictly residential, containing absolutely no commercial development whatsoever. Flanked by some of Nashville’s largest public parks, Radnor Lake and the Warner Parks, it’s a nature lover’s paradise. The current median home listing price is around $750,000. The area was developed as a suburb of Nashville in the wake of the post-World War II population and economic boom. Nashville has enjoyed prosperity and growth during the past several decades, which is reflected in the development of Forest Hills. Since 1970, hundreds of dwellings have been built in Forest Hills, and the community no longer retains many tracts of open space or farmland.
