“My wife and I could not have had a better experience working with Jake this past Spring. Before seeing a single house, Jake really did a great job in identifying precisely what our priorities were. We ended up seeing roughly 7 houses over a few week period and honestly none of them were unreasonable suggestions or listings that did not make sense given the criteria we were operating under. We eventually found a place in Sylvan Park after also considering Green Hills, 12 South, and Richland and couldn't be happier with the decision. Jake was critical in his transparency on how and when to structure the offer and really helped us along all the way through closing. Really cannot recommend Jake enough and he will be our first call if we ever decide to list our house as well. 5 stars!”

Not only did he find us the perfect home for our needs, but we enlisted him to first set up a lease purchase agreement and then later had him sell our condo at Werthan Lofts.
